How long are shipping times?
For all local orders, we do our best to deliver your package within 2-3 business days. Please let us know if there are any changes within 12hours of placing your order. We will confirm via text if someone is home before delivery. We cannot be responsible for lost stolen packages.
For all other orders, your package will ship within 1-2 days of receiving an order. From that point, it can take anywhere from 2-8 business days for the items to arrive. Some items will arrive earlier depending on the province you are ordering from. Please ensure that someone is home to receive your order.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and safety we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering or change of circumstance. Please double check your cart before you process your order. If you have any issues with your items, please email us. Your feedback and experience is important to us!
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order, then simply notify us, along with a photo of the product and we will do our best to ship you a new one.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you did not get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will get you a new one. Postage fees may apply if we need to send you a new one.
What if I need to change my order?
Order changes must be received within 10 hours of placement of the original order. Changes or requests made after 10 hours may not be accepted. Please send all order changes or requests to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Am I able to pick up my online purchases in store?
Unfortunately, at this time there are no local or in-store pick ups. All orders will be delivered via local delivery, Canada Post Express for Canadian & US orders. DHL and UPS services may be used for US & International orders.
How come I haven’t receive my first order discount code?
If you didn’t receive an email or note after entering your email on our website, please let us know by emailing us at Customerservice@maxmommy.com or use First10OFF for your first purchase! Only one discount code can be used per purchase. If there is an automatic discount applied to your purchase already, unfortunately the first 10% off code won’t work at the same time.
What materials are your silicone products made from?
All of our MaxMommy products are made from 100% premium food grade silicone. They are free from harmful chemicals. Our products are BPA Free, with no plastic, phthalates, PVC, formaldehyde or lead. You can be worry free! We can’t guarantee that other brands out there with similar products are of the same quality.
Are your products safe?
Yes! Safety is our top priority. Our products are BPA, lead, phthalates & PVC free. Our products are FDA approved and made from 100% premium food grade silicone. Please always use under adult supervision! Our mealtime essentials are not a toy.
How do I clean and take care of my products?
We recommend hand washing your silicone bibs and bowls with warm soapy water but they are definitely dishwasher (top rack) safe. No stinky residue or mess! Please hand wash your wooden spoons.
Why does my product have a slight smell?
New silicone products may have a slight silicone smell but after a few washes, it will go away.
How are your silicone products eco-friendly?
Food Grade Silicone is highly durable and reusable. Best of all, food grade silicone is more ocean friendly than plastic!
