Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post , UPS or DHL with tracking.
Free local delivery on all orders within a 5KM radius (Postal code surroundings V5P). Please enter your shipping address at checkout to see if you qualify. Please specify where we can leave your package if no one is home. We do our best to deliver your package within 3-4 business days. We may contact you via text message to ensure someone is home to receive your package.
All teethers & Toothbrushes are eligible for a $5.00 shipping cost and will be mailed via Canada Post standard shipping UNTRACKED letter mail (1 item per envelope) within Canada. We cannot guarantee any lost mail because this service is untracked. If you are worried about your package getting lost in the mail and would like tracking, please email us after you have completed your order to arrange the difference in cost. We will be happy to accommodate it.
For all other orders, your package will ship within 1-2 days of receiving an order. From that point, it can take anywhere from 3-8 business days for the items to arrive. Some items will arrive earlier depending on the province you are ordering from. Please ensure that someone is home to receive your order. International shipping may take longer.
We process orders Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday.
USA & INTERNATIONAL
We offer standard shipping of $24.95 on all orders to the US & International under $150. Free shipping on orders over $150. Please ensure that someone is home to receive your order. $5.00-7.00 Shipping for small items such as Teethers and Teething clips.
Please note that you are fully responsible for any taxes or duties levied by the Customs Department in your home country.
Every country has different tax thresholds for importing goods. If your parcel is refused at delivery and returned to us, re-delivery charges incurred (including taxes) will be deducted from your refund and re-delivery charges will apply to have it re-sent.
Damage or Loss
While every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you safely, if it is left unattended, we take no responsibility for any damage or loss that might occur after your parcel has been marked as delivered. In the event that damage or loss has occurred, please contact Canada Post, quoting the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
